Overview of global manufacturing and shipping
Over time and with experience, by optimizing all our processes down to the smallest details, we have made our production times extremely competitive: on average, between 3 and 4 weeks can pass from order confirmation to having the finished material, packaged and ready to be shipped.
In 2024, we shipped approximately 600,000 linear meters of raw frame rods on request, over 4,800,000 linear meters of lacquered and painted products, approximately 3,600,000 linear meters of coated frame rods and more than 93,000 linear meters of special shapes made to design for our customers.
Furthermore, from January to the end of May 2025, we shipped over 1300 pallets of frame mouldings, in addition to hundreds of pallets of backrests, and we also loaded 7 full trucks with destinations in EEC and non-EEC countries.
Every shipment is taken care of down to the smallest details, from packaging to choosing the most suitable courier for the type of transport and destination: we directly handle 99% of international shipments, guaranteeing a complete and reliable service.
